		<description>When deciding between a brick and mortar college and an online school, I would be worried that employers would not take an online degree as seriously.  If they have 2 similarly qualified applicants, I would think most of the time they would go with the applicant who actually attended a brick and mortar school.

The time factor definitely plays a huge role in the decision.  When you want to grow your career and earn more money, you want to do it asap.  It is tough to plan to make more money 5 years down the road.</description>
