While this is a great advantage, there are disadvantages as well. Some of these may be that with an online program you won’t get the true college experience of a traditional university. Don’t fall for an online scam that promises you a degree in a few short months and charges you up front.

Don’t make your selection based on how much something costs. Take into consideration factors such as what career you want to pursue, what types of courses you would like to take and how quickly you can complete the degree.
